Terrace row. Circa 1840. Stock brick, part rendered, with slate roof.
Three storeys and basement, with rusticated base, moulded cill band to
first floor, and moulded cornice to parapet and 5 stacks from left to
right, all the horizontal features stepped down to right (No. 9). Each
house unit with 2 sashes (8 bays in all) with vertical glazing bars and
gauged heads on first and second floors, with single sash on ground
floor with vertical glazing bars, with panelled and half-glazed doors
to left of each in semi-circular surround with fanlight. Basement
grills below each ground floor window, flush footscrapers to right of
doors.
