House and shop. Early C19. Stock brick, pebble-dashed and painted to
front elevation. Three storeys on plinth with cill band to 2nd floor and
parapet. Two glazing bar replacement casements on 2nd floor, and 1 to
right on ground floor. Two storey canted bay to left, with replacement
windows on 1st floor and plate glass windows on ground floor. Half-glazed
door to right in panelled surround with semi-circular fanlight and pilastered
doorcase with triglyph entablature blocks supporting open pediment. Blocked
semi-circular headed passageway to end right, now with display window.
Extensive wings to rear. Shown or Collard and Hursts 1822 map (for history
see item 13/110). Included for group value.
