House. Circa 1825. Stock brick with slate roof. Two storeys with
cornice and parapet to hipped roof with stacks to left, to centre right
and to right, all moulded in form of entablature blocks with cornice.
French window to left with palmette-pattern balcony and 3 double hung
sashes with balconettes on first floor, and 4 sashes on ground floor,
with round headed niche to centre-left, possibly originally an entrance.
Left return with 2 shuttered French windows on first floor with
tented verandah on simple iron brackets, with trellised piers, valancing
and rails, and 2 sashes on ground floor. Entry by C20 wooden porches
on rear elevation.
