House now offices. Circa 1810. Stock brick, part rendered. Three
storeys on rusticated ground floor with cornice and with cill bands and
parapet to roof with stack to left. Two bow windows to 2nd and 1st
floors each with 1 glazing bar sash with gauged head to each floor.
Two arched openings on ground floor, both blocked and under reconstruction
at time of survey, with 6 panelled door to left with semi-circular
fanlight in fluted Doric surround with cornice (see Busson, Ramsgate,
67).
