Terrace house. 1798-1801. White stock brick, part rendered, with slate
roof. Four storeys and basement, with rusticated ground floor, moulded
cornices on 2nd and 3rd floors, the top floor only exposed brick.
Moulded parapet with cornice to double pitch roof with stack to left.
Two glazing bar sashes on 2nd and 3rd floors with moulded surrounds,
and cornices on 2nd floor. Two glazed doors on 1st floor with verandah
on pierced cast iron piers, with panelled wrought iron balustrading
and valancing, on simple iron brackets. Keyed tripartite sash on ground
floor, with multi-panelled door to right with semi-circular fanlight,
and surround with pilasters and brackets to cornice, at head of flight
of 4 steps, with spear-head rails with acorn-finial principals.
