Terrace house. 1798-1801. White stock brick, lower floors roughcast,
with slate roof. Four storeys and basement with cornice and balustrade
to roof with central stack. Three sashes with gauged heads on 2nd and
3rd floors. Two sash and central glazed door on 1st floor, with
verandah with 3 bay elliptical arcade with slender doubled piers and
wrought iron balustrade. Two sashes on ground floor with moulded
surrounds and 6 panelled door to right with semi-circular fanlight and
pilaster and cornice surround at head of flight of 5 steps. Sash window
to basement and glazed outer door below stairs. Spearhead rails with
urn finial principals.
