Terrace house, now hotel. Circa 1816. Channelled render with slate
roof. Four storeys and basement with parapet and stacks to rear. Two
metal casements each on 2nd and 3rd floors, with 2 French windows on
first floor with tented verandah, and geometric pattern pierced iron
piers with wrought rail. Canted bay to ground floor and basement with
plate glass windows, and glazed door to right with semi-circular
fanlight in pilaster surround at head of flight of 7 steps. Simple
iron rails.
