Terrace house, now hotel. Circa 1816, altered mid C19. Painted brick
with slate roof. Five storeys and basement, with modillion eaves
cornice and iron balustrade to roof with stacks to left and to right.
Large canted bay to 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors, with metal casements.
Two French windows, with partially glazed in arcaded verandah with
boarded balustrade. Canted bay to ground floor and basement, with glazed
door to right at head of flight of 7 steps. Boarded door to basement.
Spear head rails. Included for group value.
