railed Area

Terrace house. Circa 1816. Rendered with slate roof. Four storeys
and basement with parapet to roof and stack to left. Two sashes to each
of 3rd and 2nd floors, and two C20 French windows to 1st floor, with
verandah with oval pattern cast iron piers and scrolls and balustrade.
Bow to basement and ground floor, with 2 sashes and half-glazed door to
right with semi-circular fanlight at head of flight of 4 steps. Sash
and half-glazed outer door to basement. Spear head rails with urn-
finial principals. See item 19/284 for historical description.
