Terrace house. 1820's. Stock brick. Three storeys and basement and
rebuilt parapet with stack to right. Metal casement on 2nd floor and 1st
floor and canted bay on ground floor with sashes in moulded architraves.
Metal casement to basement. Half-glazed door to left with semi-circular
fanlight in keyed surround. Simple rails to steps and to basement area,
with baluster finial principals. Included for group value.
