Terrace house. 1820's. Stock brick. Three storeys and basement with
parapet and stack to right. Two glazing bar sashes on 2nd floor with 2
storey canted bay below, with margin light French windows on 1st floor in
moulded architraves, with tented verandah, wooden pier brackets, simple
rails and enriched scrolled brackets. Sashes on ground floor, glazing
bar sash to basement. Door of 6 panels, part glazed, to right in fluted
keyed semi-circular surround with 4 steps and simple rails.
