Dated 1864. A cast iron post by the Regents Canal Co. Square with chamfered corners
and 2 projecting, moulded cornices with shield in space between. Chamfered top.
Inscription "24 & 25 VICT CAP 42". Plinth with moulded coping. This post marks
a point for the collection of tax on coal entering London.
