Purpose-built garage with living accommodation. 2 builds. Garage flat is
c.1900 by Thomas Potter with L-wing garage by Imrie and Angell c.1926. Garage
Flat has brick ground floor, partly painted and tile hung 1st floor. Tiled roof
with 3 brick chimney-stacks. Half-hipped end gable with bell and large clock
face. Rear elevation has brick lean-to extension having staircase with twisted
iron balusters and handrail. The Garage has brick ground floor with painted
front. 3 central tile hung gables and square clock dated 1926 with copper ogee
head. 2 hipped dormers and 3 4-light mullioned windows. Ground floor has
3 double garage doors and through passage with brackets.
