Circa 1835. Two storeys and attics stuccoed. Slate roof. Pedimented gable with
tripartite semi-circular window. Deep cornice. Three sashes with glazing bars
intact. Central doorcase with pilasters and semi-circular decorated fanlight.
Plinth. Interior contains niche and dado railing. Hasted's "History and
Topographical Survey of Kent" (1778-1799) mentions a "good old timbered farm
house" here but this was replaced by the present building.
