Pair of houses, now with shops. Mid C18. Red brick (No 146
painted) with Kent tile gable-end roof. Double depth, with end
stacks to each range. 3 storeys. Front: regular 6-window range.
Parapet with moulded brick cornice and stone coping, upper floors
with 12-pane sashes in reveals (hornless except for No 146, 2nd
floor) under flat window arches (painted to No 148). Late C20
shop fronts. These were originally listed as two separate items.
