Three shops. Early C19. Brown brick; Welsh slate roof. Double
depth plan. 3 storeys; 3 brick ridge stacks. 4 window range
(2.1.1); parapet with stone coping and cornice band. All upper
windows under painted flat brick arches; sashes throughout,
horned to 2nd, hornless to 1st floors, 12 panes to all except No
158 which has plate glass sashes. Replica c.1900 shopfronts to
Nos 158 and 162; genuine c.1900 shop front to No 160 with fluted
pilasters. Vehicular access between Nos 160 and 162. rear with
horned and hornless sash windows largely intact.
