House, now a bank. Early to mid C18. Stucco on brick; Kent tile
roof. 3 storeys; regular 3-window range. Coped parapet with
thick cornice band. Sash windows (6 pane to 2nd floor, 4 panes
and horned to lst) in recessed moulded frames under flat window
arches. The central 2nd floor opening blocked. Late C20
polished granite shop front (continuous with No 149). Rear:
stuccoed with 2 hipped roofs.
