Pair of former houses, now shops. Late C18. Flemish bond red
brick; Kent tile roof, hipped to front range with ridge stack.
Double depth plan. 3 storeys. Regular 4 window range. Parapet
with stone coping and moulded cornice. Sash windows in reveals
(12 and 8 pan to No 175, 1st and 2nd floors; 4 pane to No 177,
both upper floors) under rubbed brick flat arches and with stone
sills. Late C20 shop fronts. Right return with 1980s tile
hanging. Rear: mid C18 flush framed sashes with glazing bars
to No 177 only.
