Former house, derelict at time of re-survey (1989). Late C18.
Brick (with painted pebbledash render); Kent tile and Welsh slate
roofs. Double pile plan. 2 storeys and attic. Front: 5-window
range; 2 ground and 5 1st floor 12-pane sashes under flat window
arches; C20 ground floor additions including part-glazed porch.
Cut and mould brick cornice; stone coped parapet. 2 stacks, one
to valley between roofs, the other to rear. Interior (partially
inspected): good dentil cornice to right-hand room. Minor early
C19 joinery to other ground-floor room.
