Terrace of 5 houses, probably originally 6, c.1800. Flemish bond
gault brick, Welsh slate roofs. Double depth plan. Each house
of 3 storeys with basement, 3 bays each. Ground floors have 2
and first floors 3, 12-pane sashes, 2nd floor 6-pane sashes, all
with glazing bars under flat rubbed brick sashes. Ground floor
articulated with 3 segmental rubbed brick arches with pilasters
with moulded imposts, openings recessed within. No 18 has
original 6 panel raised and fielded architrave. No 14 has c.1820
wooden porch with paired pilasters, 6 panel raised and fielded
door, enclosed panelled returns, cornice and flat roof removed
at time of re-survey when building under renovation. No 15 has
original door architrave and overlight with lamp compartment
projections, c.1930 replacement door. No 16 has restored
architrave and door. 2 bay block at east (perhaps originally an
independent house) rebuilt in matching details. Nos 14 and 16
slightly advanced from common building line. All have painted
stone cornice and parapet. Stacks to each party well. 5 storey
sashed rear elevations. Interior not seen.
