House. C18 (or earlier), with C19 wing to rear. Rendered brick;
Welsh slate roofs (gable end to front, hipped to rear). Possibly
a 3-unit baffle-entry plan (to front range) with one ridge and
one left-hand end stack. 2 storeys. Front: 3-window range. 1st
floor with 16-pane sashes in exposed frames, the lintels at eaves
level; ground floor with 2 12-pane sashes (one with some glazing
bars missing) under segmental and flat window arches. Prominent
door surround with cornice; panelled door with rectangular
overlight.
