Former shop, with workshop above, vacant at time of re-survey
visit (1989). Possibly a house originally. Late Cl7 much
altered in C18 and C19. Timber-framed, and weatherboarded
throughout; Kent-tile gable-end roof. Aligned end-on to street.
2 storeys with low attic. Front: single-window range. 1st and
attic floors jettied. 8-pane Yorkshire sash window to 1st floor.
4-light shop window on panelled plinth may date from mid C19.
Half-glazed door to right. Right return with 2 Yorkshire sash
windows to 1st floor (one with all its original glazing bars),
with door.
