Pair of houses. Early C18, considerably altered. Brick; Kent-
tile hipped roofs. Double depth with stack to central valley of
roof which runs parrallel to street. 2½ storeys. Front: regular
4-window range (2:2). 8-pane sashes under flat window arches to
upper half storey; 12-pane sashes under cambered arches to other
floors. The sashes to No 36 only are hornless. Doors (to right
and left) recessed under cambered arches, with rectangular
overlights; doors: panelled to No 36, half-glazed to No 38.
Right return rendered. Interior not inspected.
