House. Early C19. Gault brick, stucco dressing; hipped slate
roof, symmetrical 3 storeys, 3 bays. 2 ground- 2 first- and 2
second-floor 16 pane sashes, one central-first floor 12-pane
sash, all with glazing bars. One replacement second floor
casement. All openings with stuccoed sills and flat arches with
keystones. Central rusticated doorcase with Tuscan pilasters and
cornice, 6 panel raised and fielded door; rectangular overlight
with margin panes. Parapet with stone cornice band and coping.
2 front and 2 rear stacks, cut down at rear. Note: This building
was originally listed as Nos 19 and 21. No 21 is separately
listed for group value (qv).
