C18. 3 storeys red brick, cement rendered on rear elevation. Hipped slate
roof. Stone coping. 3 window spaces. The front elevation has all blanks except
for the ground floor. Central round-headed doorcase with semi-circular fanlight.
3 sashes with glazing bars intact to rear elevation, except for centre 2nd
floor blank. Extension of 1 storey red brick to left hand side with slate roof
and 1 double sash.
