Built 1855 by Whichcord and Aspitel. It is listed for its unusual and early
use of a cast iron facade. 4 storeys, the frame work of cast iron with infilling
of green tiles. Hipped slate roof. Elaborate moulded eaves cornice with modillions.
6 sashes with verticals only on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The 3rd floor windows
have a double scroll on the parapet over each window. The 1st floor has 9
windows 3 of which are double windows with cast iron spiral pilasters between.
Modern shopfronts.

Nos 93 to 95 (consec). 97A and 98 to 100 (consec) form a group.
