House, now 2 cottages. C16, with slightly later rear wing.
Timber framed with red brick ground floor, tile-hung first
floor and plain tile roof. 3 timber-framed bays: open hall
with one storeyed bay at either end. 2 storeys. Hipped
roof with gablets. Irregular 3-window front of various wood
and iron-framed C19 and C20 casements. Half-glazed C20 door
to No. 2 to left of central ground-floor window. Entrance
to No. 1 in C20 addition at left end. 2-storey timber-framed
rear wing to right, with stack. 2-storey C20 addition on left
end. Interior: Exposed beams and posts. Plain crown-post.
