House, formerly part of nursing home, now house again. C15
or C16 and later. Contains one narrow timber framed bay at
right end (originally part of the timber framed house embedded
in No. 21 Roseacre Lane, adjoining to right.) Rest painted
stone and brick, upper part of left gable tile-hung with plain
tile roof. 2 storeys. Stone plinth to front elevation. Roof
half-hipped at left end and continues into No. 21 to right.
2 tall, narrow through dormers, one to left and one in centre,
and small gabled dormer to right. 2 large C20 casements on
ground floor. C20 brick porch with plain-tiled lean-to-roof
at right end. Various C19 2-storey brick extensions to rear,
one containing a stack. See also under No. 21 Roseacre Lane.
