House. Dated 1 above oeil-de-boeuf. Galletted stone with slate roof.

2 storeys on plinth. Brick gable end stacks and one rear stack
towards right end. 2 hipped dormers. Regular front of 2 glazing
bar sashes and central oeil-de-boeuf. Central ribbed door with
2 small vertical top lights. C19 rear wing at right end, formerly
laundry to Park House, Boxley; painted brick, originally one tall
storey, now 2, with brick stack at junction with front block.
