Obelisk Monument to
Dunning Family in Church-
yard of St Mary and All
Saints

Table tomb. Late C18 or mid C19. Stone on stone base with
moulded base and corniced lid. Recessed side panels in form
of broad fluted pilasters with gadrooned bases and plain
stepped capitals. Centre panels have delicately fluted rays
radiating from central elongated oval bearing inscriptions.
Date of death on west side 1802, south side to William
Alexander Dunning died (181(8?), date of death on east side
179-, and on north side 1799. Inscriptions barely legible
at time of resurvey.
