G.V. II

House. Mid C19. Timber-framed, weatherboarded, with plain tile
roof. Square plan. 2 storeys. Roof hipped at either end,
hips continuing along right and left return elevations. Rear stack
towards left end. Regular fenestration of 2 first-floor sashes
and 2 ground-floor canted bays. Boarded door in tall, narrow,
slightly projecting central porch with plain tile roof. Included
for group value only.
