GV II
House. Early C19 facade to earlier building. Late C19 wing to
left. Right range: ground floor uncoursed galleted stone with
red brick dressings. First floor banded with plain and fishscale
tiles. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys and garret on stone plinth.
Roof half-hipped to right and abuts addition to left. Rear stacks
to right and to left. Irregular fenestration
of 3 windows; one glazing-bars sash off-centre to left, flanked by
tripartite windows. Door with 6 fielded panels and 2 top lights
off-centre to left with flat corniced hood. Wing to left: Late C19.
Projects forward slightly. Red brick in Flemish bond with plain
tile roof. 2 storeys on brick plinth with hipped roof. Rear stack.
One sash and one tripartite sash to front. Panelled door with flat
bracketted hood. Left return elevation overlooks Mill pond.
Interiors not inspected.
