House, now public house. C15 or C16, with C19 facade. Ground floor red brick in Flemish bond, first floor weather boarded, plain tile roof. Two storeys with hipped roof. Brick ridge stack to right of centre and rendered stack to right end. Irregular fenestration of two juxtaposed C19 sashes with horns to centre and one three-light C19 casement to right end. C19 or early C20 rectangular bay window toright end of ground floor. C19 lean-to to right. Mid C19 two-storey extension to left half of front elevation, with cellar under, red brick and weather boarded. C20 extensions containing door.

Interior partly inspected: one truss partially exposed.
