House, now house row. C15 or early C16. Timber-framed, weather-
boarded. Right gable end has broadly-spaced studs with arch
braces on first floor and brick on ground floor. 2 storeys. Steeply
pitched hipped roof, with gablet to right. 3 red brick stacks; one
projecting to left end, multiple brick ridge stack at top of
left hip and small stack at right end. Irregular fenestration of
three 3-light casements. Ribbed door to Dunromin beneath stack
to left and ribbed door with rectangular light to Fermors Cottage
towards right end. C19 and C20 additions to rear. Interior not
inspected.
