1/261 Bedmonton Manor Farmhouse
GV II
Farmhouse. C15 with C16 and C19 alterations. Timber-framed, front
elevation clad in red brick in Flemish bond except left end
bay, possibly entirely added, in chequered red and grey brick
2 storeys on brick plinth. Roof hipped to right. Multiple brick
ridge stack in front slope of roof off-centre to right. Smaller
brick stack to left gable and to right lean-to. Irregular
fenestration of three 3-light C19 leaded casements, and one
gabled through dormer to right of stack. Canted bay window beneath
dormer on ground floor. Panelled door under flat corniced hood
beneath stack. Lean-to to right and smaller one to left.
Interior not inspected.
