(Formerly listed as Oasthouse about 17 metres north-east of Rose Farmhouse, LOWER BROOMFIELD ROAD (east side))

Oasthouse. 19th century. Stone, with red brick dressings. Plain tile roofs. Two adjoining circular kilns at north-west end of rectangular stowage. Kilns have conical roofs truncated towards tops. Stowage roof hipped to left (north).
