House. C17 or earlier, with later alterations. Front elevation
and left gable end red brick in English bond. Part of rear
elevation tile-hung. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys and garret.
Roof half-hipped to left, hipped to right. Rear stack to left,
ridge stack to centre and towards right end. Irregular
fenestration of 3 casements; 2 2-light and one 3-light. Large
C20 2-storey rectangular porch wing to right of centre, between
stacks; brick and timber with hipped roof, recessed balcony
and recessed ribbed door. Interior not inspected. Formerly
known as Norton Pound.
