Farmhouse, formerly cottages, now farmhouse. C15 with late
C16/early C17 and late C18/early C19 alterations. Timber
framed. Front elevation clad with red brick with occasional
grey headers in Flemish bond. First floor of central recess
tile-hung. Stone ground floor to left gable end. Wealden
of 2 almost equal-length hall bays and storeyed bay to each
end. 2 storeys and attics. Right and left end bays project
slightly. Roof hipped with gablets to left and three-quarters
hipped to right. Dormer to left hip and to front. Brick
stack in front slope of roof to right end of left bay of hall.
Irregular fenestration of 4 casements; one 3-light to each
outer bay and to right hall bay and one 2-light over door.
Ground-floor windows of outer bays have segmental heads. Ribbed
door to left end of left hall bay. Interior: exposed framing.
Moulded end-of-hall beams. Moulded beams to inserted floor.
4-centred arched fireplace with long spears to spandrels.
Ovolo-moulded mullion windows with diamond subsidiary mullions.
Moulded crown post.
