Farmhouse. C17 or earlier with C19 alterations. Ground floor painted brick in Flemish bond, first floor rendered. Plain tile roof. Two storeys and attics, on stone plinth except to right. Gable end stack to left and multiple brick ridge stack to right end. Two small gabled dormers. Irregular fenestration of four casements; two three-light to left of centre and two two-light to right. Two ground-floor windows with segmental heads to right of centre. Panelled door under flat bracketted hood towards centre. Rear lean-to. Late C19 two-storey addition to front to right end, extending to right, with canted canopy across corner at junction with main range. Two-storey tile-hung wing to right end of main range, behind C19 addition.
