GV II

Cottage. C19 with C16 core. Stone, with red brick in header bond below
eaves. Plain tile roof. Single storey and attic. Half-hipped roof.
Red brick stack within left half-hip and brick ridge stack towards right.
3 hipped dormers. Irregular fenestration of 3 windows; one 3-light
casement to left of centre, partly-blocked 4-light stone mullioned window
with moulded hoodmould to right of centre and 2-light casement towards
right end. Hollow-chamfered stone doorway to rear towards right end.
Interior not inspected. Probably associated with Boughton Malherbe Place.
