GV II

House. Late C18 or early C19 facade to possibly earlier C18 house. Ground
floor red brick in Flemish bond, first floor tile-hung. Rear wall timber
framed. Plain tile roof. Lobby entry plan. 2 storeys and attic on stone
plinth. Moulded wooden eaves cornice. Roof hipped to left, half-hipped to
right. Central brick ridge stack. 2 hipped dormers. Regular 3-window
front of two tripartite sashes and central 12-pane sash. Tripartite sashes
to ground floor. Central C20 ribbed door with segmental head under flat
floating hood. Lean-to to left in same materials as facade. Interior:
exposed framing. Staggered butt purlin roof with dormers inserted. Re-
used timbers.
