House, now house and warehouse. House late C18, warehouse late C19 or
early C20. Painted brick. Weatherboarded gable to warehouse. Plain
tile roof. House, with warehouse in narrow slightly projecting gabled
bay to right end. 2 storeys, on painted stone plinth. Plat band over
each ground-floor window. Hipped roof to house, left hip returning.
Plain bargeboards to warehouse. Brick stack to left gable end and rear
stack to right. Regular 2-window front of 3-light leaded casements.
Ground-floor windows with segmental heads. Central pannelled door under
flat corniced hood. Tall ribbed first-floor door to warehouse, with
contiguous 12-pane sash, and double doors to ground floor. Interior not
inspected.
