1/175 Malt Cottage

GV II

House. Early C19. Yellowish brick in Flemish bond to front elevation,
chequered red and grey brick to gable ends. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys
on low stone plinth. Dentilled brick eaves cornice. Hipped roof. Gable
end stacks. Regular 2-window front of slightly recessed 16-pane sashes
breaking cornice. Ground floor windows with segmental heads. Central
panelled door with recessed semi-circular panel over. Interior not
inspected. Included for group value.
