Farmhouse. C18 with C19 alterations and C20 additions. Ground
floor red and grey brick in Flemish bond. Banded plain and
fishscale tiles to first floor. Plain tile roof. L-plan, with
rear return wing to right. Front range comprises central entrance-
hall and stair-well, with one room each side. Single-bay rear wing.
Later rear addition infilling angle. Single-bay C20 addition in
same materials to front and rear at left end. 2 storeys and attic
on chamfered brick plinth. Roof gabled to left, hipped to right, hip
returning. Half-hipped roof to rear right wing, and to C19 wing.
Rear stacks to right and left of C18 house, and to rear of left
addition. 2 hipped dormers. Irregular fenestration of six 2-light
casements; a regular 5-window front to the C18 house, and one
casement to left addition. Segmental head to ground-floor window.
Panelled and studded door with 2 top lights and flat corniced and
bracketed hood, under third window from right (to centre of C18
house). Interior: chamfered axial beams. Staircase with C19 painted
iron anthemion balusters and wreathed wooden handrail. Staggered
butt purlin roof.
