Farmhouse. Early C18. Timber framed. Ground floor brick, first floor banded plain and fishscale tiles. Plain tile roof. Two timber-framed bays and central stack bay. Two storeys and garret. Half-hipped roof with gablets. Brick ridge stack towards centre. Irregular fenestration of three two-light casements. Boarded door in lean-to brick porch under stack. Dated brick South on stack. J M 1720

Interior: exposed framing, including quantity of re-used C16 or earlier timber. Brick fireplace with chamfered bressumer. Staggered butt purlin roof. Formerly known as Rabbit Farm.
