Detached villa. Mid C19. Stuccoed, with slate roof. Double depth.
2 storeys, on stuccoed plinth. Plat band. Raised stuccoed quoins.
Flat eaves soffits. Narrow central bay breaks back. Roofs of 2 outer
bays hipped to front, hips returning. Stuccoed gable end stacks
projecting with eaves soffits, and with corniced tops crowned with
semi-circular motifs. Regular 3-window front of one 16-pane sash in
moulded architrave with plain consoles to cills, to each outer bay,
and one similar 4-pane sash to centre. Moulded consoled cornices and
consoled iron balcon ettes to ground-floor windows. Central panelled
door with rectangular fanlight, in open stuccoed Doric porch with
plain frieze and moulded cornice, surmounted by iron railings forming
balcony under first-floor window. Interior not inspected. See also
