GV II

House. C17, with C19 facade. Timber framed, weatherboarded, with
plain tile roof. 2 storeys and attic on painted brick plinth.
Steeply-pitched roof hipped to left with gablet, half-hipped to
right. Brick ridge stack to right of centre. 2 small gabled eaves
dormers, flanking stack. Irregular fenestration of 2 small
casements; one two-light to left end and one single-light under
stack. One two-light casement to left end of ground floor, and one
two-light to right. Ribbed door in single-storey gabled
weatherboarded porch to left of centre. Interior not inspected.
Formerly known as Wadhurst Green Cottage.
