GV II

Farmhouse. Early C19. Ground floor red and grey brick in Flemish
bond, first floor tile-hung. Plain tile roof. Double depth. 2
storeys. Flat eaves soffits with paired Ionic modillions. Hipped
roof, hip returning to right, two small hips to left gable end.
Projecting brick gable-end stack to left and brick ridge stack
towards centre. Regular 3-window front of three 12-pane sashes.
Two-16 pane sashes in open boxes to ground floor. Central panelled
door with two top lights, fluted Doric pilasters and flat corniced
hood. Interior: central staircase with stick balusters.
