Farmhouse, later associated with station, now house. Late C17 or C18.
Ground floor chequered red and grey- brick, first floor tile-hung. Plain
tile roof. 2 timber-framed bays and stack bay, (possibly formerly with
further bay to right). 2 storeys and garret. Brick plinth. Roof half-
hipped to left, gabled to right. Brick stack rising from eaves towards
left end. Multiple red and grey brick stack in front slope of roof to
right end. Irregular fenestration of 2 three-light leaded casements.
Ribbed door with shallow modillioned hood to left of centre. Short later
C18 rear return wing to left. Lean-to to right gable end. Interior:
gunstock jowls to principal posts. Side purlin roof. Panelled doors.
Brick inglenook fireplace. Staggered butt purlin roof to rear wing.
