C18 or earlier. 2 storeys painted brick. Tiled roof. Brick modillion eaves cornice,
the bricks inserted diagonally with the points protruding. 3 sashes with glazing
bars intact on the ground floor only. 2 modern small bay windows above.
Doorcase with flat hood over supported on brackets. L-shaped wing behind to the South
East of painted brick and weatherboarding. Brick and rubble plinth.

Nos 1 and 3 with West Lawn, Lydd Road, form a group.
